From October 29 to 31, the "2026 Pudong New Area Social Organization Staff Training," hosted by the Shanghai Pudong New Area Civil Affairs Bureau, was held. Shanghai Prospect Development Institute (hereinafter referred to as "SPDI") organized its full-time staff to participate in the training, completing all course requirements and obtaining certificates of completion.
Focusing on the compliant operation, internal governance, and service capacity building of social organizations, the training featured policy interpretations, thematic lectures, and practical exercises. The courses covered regulations related to the registration and management of social organizations, supporting policies for the high-quality development of social organizations in Pudong New Area, as well as administrative legal issues and financial management and internal control in daily operations, helping trainees further understand policy requirements and master practical methods.
The training also included a special session on "Party Building Leading the High-Quality Development of Social Organizations," providing instruction on the integration of Party building and business operations, organizational development, and the exertion of institutional roles. Concurrently, in response to the digital development needs of social organizations, practical courses such as "AI Empowering Self-Media Creation" and "AI Entering Social Organization Operations" were arranged to introduce the application of artificial intelligence tools in content production, information dissemination, and daily work.
During the training, SPDI staff combined the Institute's practical realities in talent cultivation, teaching management, and daily operations to systematically review standardization requirements in internal management, fund utilization, and information disclosure. They also studied the application of AI tools to assist in curriculum development, teaching services, and communications. The relevant courses provided useful references for the Institute to improve its management systems, optimize workflows, and enhance service efficiency.
Going forward, based on the training content, SPDI will further improve its internal governance and financial internal control mechanisms, ensuring compliance requirements are implemented in specific positions and business processes. While emphasizing content review, data security, and intellectual property protection, the Institute will explore the application of AI tools in teaching research, instruction, and communications, continuously enhancing its talent development and social service capabilities.
