Yang Zhengping

Yang Zhengping is the former Deputy Director of the Shanghai Party Building Service Center and a Full-time Inspector at the Division level of the Organization Department of the CPC Shanghai Municipal Committee. He has long been engaged in the education and management of Party members as well as the guidance of primary-level Party building, with extensive experience in standardizing Party member development, primary-level Party organization construction, and supervision of intra-Party thematic education campaigns. During his tenure, Yang Zhengping was deeply involved in the development of Party member audio-visual education and Party building service platforms across Shanghai. He was invited on multiple occasions to deliver specialized training lectures for institutions including Shanghai University of Engineering Science, Shanghai Maritime University, Shanghai Jianqiao University, and the municipal science and technology system. His lectures focused on interpreting the Rules for the Work of Recruiting Party Members of the CPC and the Regulations on Primary-Level Organization Work of the CPC in Party and State Organs, effectively advancing the standardization and normalization of primary-level Party organizations. In 2015, he participated in the research and guidance work for the "Golden Collar Service Station" in Lujiazui Financial and Trade Zone, offering constructive suggestions for Party building in non-public financial enterprises. In 2016, he served as the lead supervisor of the Organization Department's "Two Studies and One Action" education supervision team, conducting inspection and guidance work at institutions including the Shanghai Academy of Sciences. In 2022, he was invited to deliver a special training report on primary-level Party organization construction for the Theoretical Study Group of the Party Working Committee of the Bund Subdistrict, continuing to provide professional guidance for grassroots Party building efforts.
